Sanitation Technician
This is a detail-oriented position which cleans offices, restrooms, breakrooms, locker rooms, carpeted floors, & hard surface floors. Will clean, sanitize and detail post-production areas and warehouse environments and will use industrial floor cleaners as well as mops, brooms & a variety of cleaning agents & tools. Duties include daily trash elimination for the factory. Successful candidates must have 1 year of sanitation or custodial work experience in a commercial environment, a High School Diploma or Equivalent, and be trainable, trustworthy & reliable, & be team oriented.
Job Type: Full Time, $16/hour, Day Shift – 7am-4pm
- 5 days per week – Monday thru Friday
- 1 hour lunch break from 11am-Noon
We work in a clean work environment which requires all individuals to wear company-provided personal protective equipment (PPE) including full long-sleeved scrub uniforms, shoe covers over enclosed full shoes, face masks, hair net, and when applicable, beard net, gloves, goggles, and additional levels of PPE.
We handle large volumes of powdered ingredients including food in our manufacturing / production processes. This powdery environment is not ideal for individuals who have food sensitivities or allergies, who are prone to skin or eye irritation, and who do not tolerate exposure to strong odors.
These are very physical & mobile positions which require the ability to stand and move freely between multiple workstations & lift & maneuver 40-60 pounds of product during multiple steps in the manufacturing / production process.
This position requires individuals who consistently maintain a clean & safe work environment and who follow quality standards.
No personal items including food, drinks, or items including jewelry, earbuds, or cell phones are permitted in the manufacturing / production areas.
This is a highly regulated manufacturing work environment which requires strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as trained. Work processes are monitored and documented and subject to regular review and formal audits. Successful employees must apply trained tasks per SOPs and be receptive to constructive feedback and necessary periodic changes, adjustments, and corrections to meet stringent standards.
Pre-Weigh Technician
This position measures and prepares powdered ingredients used in the manufacture and production of product. The work environment requires cleaning of the workspace including sanitizing equipment and utensils to prevent cross-contamination. This is a very physical position which requires individuals to lift and maneuver at least 40-60 pounds routinely throughout the day. It is essential to have the ability to use mathematical equations, read scales and measurements, & be detail oriented and accurate in a fast-paced work environment. We are looking for trainable, reliable, & team-oriented individuals with a High School Diploma or Equivalent and who have 1 year of pre-weigh work experience or related production preparation work experience.

Warehouse Associate (Raw Materials)
This is a very physical position that manages raw materials inventory including stock rotation, picking and distribution of palleted batch orders for the manufacturing process.
Job Type: Full Time, $18/hour, Day Shift – 7am-4pm
- 5 days per week – Monday thru Friday
- 1 hour lunch break from 11am-Noon
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Able to lift and maneuver at least 40-60 pounds routinely.
- Must have at least 1 year warehouse & inventory rotation work experience.
- Comfortable performing basic computer tasks & data entry.
- Good follow through, & detail oriented.
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Trainable, reliable, & team oriented.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Putting away inventory coming in from Receiving & rotating stock.
- Pulling orders for various departments.
- Transporting products from one department to another.
- Cleaning of the warehouse including sanitizing equipment and utensils to prevent cross-contamination.
- Using various tools and equipment needed to perform duties including the use of forklifts, pallet-jacks, and handcarts.
