Maintenance Tech

Our company is looking for a Maintenance Tech to join our rapidly growing team.

Job Type: Full Time, 1st Shift - 7am-4pm

Qualifications:

  • Perform responsibilities without close supervision.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with contractors and management.
  • Meet attendance standards and the work hours necessary to perform the essential function of the job.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and performing required inspections for various systems within the building.
  • Conducting inspection pf equipment within the plant.
  • Monitors the work of contract repair services and report concerns in expected levels of performance to the Production Manager.
  • Evaluates machinery, equipment, working knowledge of facility operations including electrical, gas/water and heating ventilation, air condition (HVAC) systems and related equipment.
  • Oversees the overall maintenance and operations of the facility, grounds and equipment maintaining a high standard of safety and efficiency.

Sanitation Tech

Our company is looking for a Sanitation Tech to join our rapidly growing team.

Job Type: Full Time, 1st Shift - 7am-4pm

Qualifications:

  • Use various tools and equipment needed to perform duties including cleaning agents, floor scrubber machines, drain purge systems, and other miscellaneous cleaning items.
  • Must be safety conscious and aware.
  • Detail oriented.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing scheduled areas within All American Pharmaceutical.
  • Removal of all trash and waste from the facility.
  • Supplemental cleaning of various production departments.
  • Similar tasks given by the Sanitation Lead and Quality Control.

Quality Control Technician - Production

Our company is seeking a Quality Control Technician for our Production Department. to help us ensure our products meet quality standards. As part of this role, you will set up testing equipment and perform tests on raw materials to ensure they meet the quality standards to be used in our production process.

Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • A minimum of an associate's degree or
  • High school diploma and demonstrable laboratory skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections of production areas, production logs, and batch tickets to ensure regulatory and AAP procedural requirements are met.
  • Check, issue, and document the calibration of weighing and environmental monitoring equipment and issue non-conformances if equipment is outside of specified ranges.
  • Ensure product quality standards are met by inspecting, testing, and providing approval of equipment used for product manufacturing.
  • Conduct sampling events of production and packaging materials.
  • Receive, inspect, count, and issue labels.
  • Check consumable supply levels and order materials as needed.
  • Understand regulatory requirements applicable to AAP certifications (e.g. 21 CFR Part 111, 29 CFR 1910.1450).
  • Review, update, and implement operational procedures to comply with regulatory requirements and meet production objectives.

Quality Control Analyst

Job Type: Full time, Tuesday - Saturday

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • B.S. in a laboratory science (Chemistry, Biology, Physics)
  • Professional training and at least 1 year of related experience with Micro, HPLC, GC-MS, ICP-OES, UV-Vis instrumentations and method development.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair laboratory equipment.
  • Perform method development and validation on various instruments.
  • Complete statistical analysis per method validation protocol.
  • Perform mathematical calculations involving concentration conversions, dilutions, and percentages.
  • Prepare solutions/reagents and conduct instrumental and wet chemical analysis in a safe, procedurally compliant, and scientifically valid manner.
  • Report and review laboratory testing results for accuracy and compliance with procedures and scientific principles.
  • Can accomplish assignments accurately and efficiently with little supervision.
  • Conduct instrumental and wet chemical laboratory testing in a safe, procedurally compliant, and scientifically valid manner.
  • Determine if production materials (e.g. products, raw materials) meet specifications set by AAP and determine if and how off-specification product can be reprocessed or salvaged.
  • Review, update, develop, and implement operational procedures and laboratory methods to comply with regulatory requirements and meet production objectives
  • Inform the QC supervisor or Laboratory Lead if equipment, staffing, methodology, training, or supply levels are inadequate to meet regulatory requirements or AAP needs.
  • Understand regulatory requirements applicable to AAP certifications and laboratory operations (e.g. 21 CFT part 111, 29 CFR 1910.1450)
  • Conduct inspections, participate in employee led teams, and support laboratory functions as needed.
  • Provide scientific guidance and process improvement ideas to improve the quality or efficiency of the manufacturing process, testing program, or the product.
  • The immediate supervisor of the QC Analyst II is the QC Supervisor.
  • The immediate supervisor of the QC Supervisor is the Director of Quality. If the Director of Quality is not present that day, the employee must contact the President for further instructions.

Manufacturing Associate

Our company is looking for Manufacturing Associates to join our rapidly growing team. No experience required; we will train you.

Job Type: Full Time, 1st Shift - 7am-4pm

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills is a must.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Moderate exposure to noise level in the work environment that is moderate to occasionally loud.
  • Forklift Certification will be required after 90-days after hire.
  • Packing & unpacking, material handling & shipment preparation.
  • Good Team player and able to work under pressure and tight schedules.
  • Stand for long periods of time.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversees, completes, and ensures accuracy of departmental work in conformance with policies and procedures.
  • Prepare products and materials for shipment.
  • Retrieve and unpack components and stock the line.
  • Setup and operate all equipment in related area to produce product to specification requirements.
  • Self-motivated driven well organized and customer focus.
  • Ability to train and develop.
  • Ability to move product, supplies, and boxes up to and over 50 lbs.
  • Consistent attendance, ability to get to work on time, every day.
