Shipping Technician
Our company is seeking a Shipping Technician who must have a positive attitude, be motivated, on time and follow all Standard Operating Procedures.
Job Type: Full Time, 1st Shift - 7am-4pm
Requirements:
- Attention to detail.
- Be safety conscious.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs.
- The ability to use various types of tools and equipment such as fork lifts, pallet jacks, pallet wrapping machines and floor scales. A VALID MONTANA FORKLIFT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED TO WORK IN THIS POSITION.
- Some computer use is also require to process orders into the ProcessPro® when completing an order.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identifying, staging and inventorying completed products transferred from other AAP departments.
- Securing, identifying, verifying, recording, processing, and palletizing shipments.
- Determining transportation times, methods, and special instructions regarding shipments.
- Sorting and mailing samples using USPS parcels.
- Cleaning and sanitizing the Shipping workspace including equipment and utensils.
- Rotating stock by chronological order.
Blending Technician
Our company is seeking a Blending Technician who must have a positive attitude, be motivated, on time and follow all Standard Operating Procedures.
Job Type: Full Time, 1st Shift - 7am-4pm
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Attention to detail.
- Be safety conscious.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Continuous heavy lifting is required.
- Some minor mechanical knowledge with the ability to organize and record data.
- Good daily personal hygiene practices refer to conditions and practices that help to maintain health and prevent the spread of diseases through showering, bathing, brushing teeth and washing hands is also a must.
- The ability to use various types of tools and equipment such as fork lifts, pallet jacks, floor scales, digital table scales, scoops and sifters, larger blenders including conical blenders, double and single ribbon blenders and paddle blenders.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Accountability, preventative maintenance, and sanitation of all such equipment and tools.
- Understanding of the importance of following all company regulations and being respectful of other employees and all equipment.
- Reporting to the VP of Production and Operations with any and all concerns or issues with other employees, materials or equipment.
- Receive in, segregate and clearly mark "in process" on all pallets of staged raw materials for work orders, previously weighed out in the Weigh-Out department.
- Recording raw materials used against batch ticket and removing from inventory.
Capping Technician
Our company is seeking a Capping Technician who must have a positive attitude, be motivated, on time and follow all Standard Operating Procedures.
Job Type: Full Time, 1st Shift - 7am-4pm
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Attention to detail.
- Be safety conscious.
- Solid understanding of manual and digital scale use with the ability to convert various units of measure.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Some heavy lifting is required.
- Must have troubleshooting capabilities, strong organizational and recording data skills.
- Good daily personal hygiene practices refer to conditions and practices that help to maintain health and prevent the spread of diseases through showering, bathing, brushing teeth and washing hands is also a must.
- The ability to use various types of equipment such as semi-automatic encapsulation machines, pill polishers and printing machines, and smaller tools including scoops, sifters, choppers and scales.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Accountability, preventative maintenance, and sanitation of all such equipment and tools.
- Understanding of the importance of following all company regulations and being respectful of their Lead supervisor, co-workers and all equipment.

Powders Technician
Our company is seeking a Powders Technician who must have a positive attitude, be motivated, on time and follow all Standard Operating Procedures.
Job Type: Full Time, 1st Shift - 7am-4pm
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Attention to detail.
- Be safety conscious.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Be capable of troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance on various packaging machines.
- Must have some computer knowledge with the ability to organize and record data. (Computer use is required when posting batch tickets and completing an order into the system)
- Some heavy lifting is required.
- Good daily personal hygiene practices refer to conditions and practices that help to maintain health and prevent the spread of diseases through showering, bathing, brushing teeth and washing hands is also a must.
- The ability to use various tools and equipment to perform job duties including pallet jacks, floor scales, digital table scales, triple beam scales, scoops and sifters, heat guns, large kettles, large mixers, as well as filling machines and automated line equipment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Receiving of packaging materials and work orders from the Packaging and Approved Goods Warehouses.
- Working with other Powder Technicians in packaging powdered products into various bottles and boxes using the automated or manual line.
- Accountability, preventative maintenance, and sanitation of all such equipment.
- Understanding of the importance of following all company regulations and being respectful of their Lead supervisor, co-workers and all equipment.
- Reporting to the department lead with any and all concerns or issues with other employees, materials or equipment.

Quality Control Analyst
Job Type: Full time, Tuesday - Saturday
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- B.S. in a laboratory science (Chemistry, Biology, Physics)
- Professional training and at least 1 year of related experience with Micro, HPLC, GC-MS, ICP-OES, UV-Vis instrumentations and method development.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair laboratory equipment.
- Perform method development and validation on various instruments.
- Complete statistical analysis per method validation protocol.
- Perform mathematical calculations involving concentration conversions, dilutions, and percentages.
- Prepare solutions/reagents and conduct instrumental and wet chemical analysis in a safe, procedurally compliant, and scientifically valid manner.
- Report and review laboratory testing results for accuracy and compliance with procedures and scientific principles.
- Can accomplish assignments accurately and efficiently with little supervision.
- Conduct instrumental and wet chemical laboratory testing in a safe, procedurally compliant, and scientifically valid manner.
- Determine if production materials (e.g. products, raw materials) meet specifications set by AAP and determine if and how off-specification product can be reprocessed or salvaged.
- Review, update, develop, and implement operational procedures and laboratory methods to comply with regulatory requirements and meet production objectives
- Inform the QC supervisor or Laboratory Lead if equipment, staffing, methodology, training, or supply levels are inadequate to meet regulatory requirements or AAP needs.
- Understand regulatory requirements applicable to AAP certifications and laboratory operations (e.g. 21 CFT part 111, 29 CFR 1910.1450)
- Conduct inspections, participate in employee led teams, and support laboratory functions as needed.
- Provide scientific guidance and process improvement ideas to improve the quality or efficiency of the manufacturing process, testing program, or the product.
- The immediate supervisor of the QC Analyst II is the QC Supervisor.
- The immediate supervisor of the QC Supervisor is the Director of Quality. If the Director of Quality is not present that day, the employee must contact the President for further instructions.
